High Energy Dance Academy                        

Welcome to High Energy Dance Academy. Our professional faculty works closely together to ensure a comprehensive dance program for toddlers through pre-professional levels as well as adult.  We strive for the best in Dance Education. Whether your child is enjoying the thrill of his/her first dance class, or pursuing a career in dance, our goals are to provide a supportive environment for your child to grow and nurture his/her talent, individuality, and achieve his/her personal best. Additionally, the performance opportunities we offer contribute to a well-rounded life experience and a true sense of achievement.

On a personal note, I started dancing at a studio much like High Energy Dance (H.E.D.A.) at the age of three years old. By the time I was a teenager, the studio had become like a  second home and my peers and faculty my “studio family."  This is my hope and dream for our students .
